FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon)
Also known as: FBA, Fulfillment by Amazon, 아마존 FBA
Amazon's service in which sellers send inventory to Amazon fulfillment centers, and Amazon stores, picks, packs, ships and handles customer service and returns for those orders.
For China importers, FBA shapes the whole shipment: cartons, unit labels and packaging must meet Amazon's receiving requirements, and the shipment must be created in Seller Central before goods arrive. Since January 1, 2026, Amazon no longer provides prep and item labeling services for FBA shipments in the US, so goods must arrive fully prepped and labeled.
A frequent mistake is shipping straight from the factory without checking labels, carton sizes and weights; non-compliant cartons can be refused or charged extra. Many sellers route goods through a forwarder or prep center. See shipping from China to Amazon FBA.
