Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data China Sourcing Wiki collects and how it is used.

Quote requests

When you submit the quote form we collect your name, email address, and any optional details you provide (company, country, phone/WhatsApp, product details). We also record the page you sent it from and basic technical data (browser type, approximate country) to prevent spam and understand which guides are useful.

We use this data only to answer your request. It is shared with our sourcing partner, ZY-Sourcing (Yiwu, Zhejiang, China), who will contact you about your request — see the partner disclosure. We do not sell your data or add you to a mailing list without separate consent.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and measure which pages lead to quote requests. It does not receive your form contents.

Retention and your rights

Quote requests are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@chinasourcingwiki.com.
