UKCA marking
Also known as: UKCA, UK Conformity Assessed, UKCA 마킹
The UK Conformity Assessed mark a manufacturer uses to declare that a product placed on the Great Britain market meets the applicable GB product-safety regulations.
UKCA covers the same broad product groups as CE marking, such as toys, electrical equipment and machinery, and relies on a UK declaration of conformity and technical file. As of 2026, GOV.UK guidance says businesses can use either UKCA or CE marking for most products sold in England, Scotland and Wales; Northern Ireland follows CE (or CE plus UKNI) rules instead.
When a Chinese supplier offers a "UKCA certificate", check that the declaration names your product model and the correct regulations, and that the importer's UK name and address can appear on the product or packaging. See CE, UKCA, FCC and CPC product certifications.
